StrataLyft

Terms of use & sale

Last updated: 7 September 2026

These terms apply to StrataLyft’s website and digital kit purchases. StrataLyft operates from South Australia, Australia. Contact [email protected] for order or licence questions.

The product you purchase

The product page and selected package identify the files, requirements and limits. The three featured kits are one-time digital downloads. Custom setup and ongoing hosted services are not included. Existing product-specific terms and promises are honoured for earlier purchases.

Prices and checkout

Our direct catalog prices are in Australian dollars. Payhip processes the purchase and file delivery. Review the selected product and amount before paying, and provide an accurate email for delivery. Third-party marketplace terms may also apply. We remain responsible for our obligations as the seller.

Use and licence

The Trades and Foam kits carry single-shop licences. Use, internal sharing and permitted outputs are governed by the licence included with the selected kit. Do not resell or redistribute original templates or publicly share download links. Contact us before purchasing for unrelated businesses or uses outside the listed licence.

CleanCommand OS is a template system requiring buyer setup. Confirm any multi-site or team licence scope in the selected package; a rollout resource is not itself an unlimited-business licence.

Your inputs and software

Check compatibility, rates, measurements, units and tax inputs. Examples and placeholder rates are not recommendations. Templates do not provide financial, legal, tax, engineering or other professional advice. They do not guarantee profit, compliance or a tender result.

Delivery, faults and refunds

Keep your receipt and a backup. If delivery fails or the files do not match the description, contact support. Our refund policy explains available remedies. Nothing in these terms removes rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory law.

Privacy and website use

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with checkout or access controls. Our privacy policy explains the handling of order and optional signup information. Buying a kit does not require agreement to receive marketing.

Updates and disputes

No update schedule or lifetime support entitlement is promised unless stated in your purchase offer. Contact us first about a problem so we can help resolve it. South Australian law applies subject to any mandatory rights and jurisdictions available to you. Later website changes do not remove promises made at purchase.
