Missing receipt or download

Check your spam folder and the email address you entered. Use the link in your Payhip receipt. If it is missing or has stopped working, we can help locate the order and restore access.

A file will not open or is wrong

Tell us the filename, software you used and the error shown. Send a screenshot with personal, staff and customer information removed. Do not email payment-card details, passwords or a workbook containing real client records.

Refund or payment issue

Contact us even if you bought through Payhip or Etsy. Include your order reference so the refund can be handled through the original payment route. Read the refund policy.
