StrataLyft
Privacy policy
Last updated: 7 September 2026
StrataLyft operates from South Australia. Contact [email protected] about privacy, access, correction or complaints.
What is collected
Payhip collects information needed for checkout and delivery, including your purchase email and order details. Its connected payment providers handle payment information. StrataLyft can access and export customer order records. We do not ask you to submit card details to this website.
If you contact support, we receive the information you send. Do not send confidential customer, staff or financial records when a redacted example will do.
Optional email updates
The optional signup link opens our Payhip store. Choosing Follow and entering your email there creates a separate signup. We can export that follower list to manage communications. Transactional order emails and optional marketing permissions are kept separate; purchasing does not require a marketing signup.
Marketing messages will identify StrataLyft and provide a way to unsubscribe. You may also request removal at our support email. We do not sell the mailing list.
How information is used
We use information for delivery, support, records, fraud prevention and legal obligations; and for marketing where you have given the relevant permission. We share only what is needed with hosting, checkout, payment, email and professional service providers.
Hosting and analytics
Cloudflare hosts this site and may process technical request data and analytics. Payhip and its providers operate their own checkout cookies and privacy controls. Their policies apply to their processing. Providers may process data outside Australia.
Storage, access and removal
We restrict access to customer exports and retain information only as needed for its purpose, records and legal obligations. We take reasonable security measures; no online service is risk free. You can request access or correction and ask us to remove information we no longer need. We may need to verify your identity. A marketing opt-out does not necessarily require deletion of legally required transaction records.
Questions or complaints
Contact support with your concern. We will review it and respond within a reasonable time. Where applicable, you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
