Getting your files

Our three featured kits are digital downloads. Nothing physical is shipped. Payhip handles payment and provides the download after successful checkout, with a receipt and download link by email. Retain a copy of the files and receipt.

Change of mind

Change-of-mind refunds are normally unavailable once files have been downloaded or accessed. We consider requests for undownloaded files individually. If the product listing gave you a more generous promise at purchase, we will honour it. The Foam kit’s existing offer allows a request within 14 days if the files are unused and are not downloaded after the request.

Faulty, missing or incorrectly described files

If a file is corrupt, inaccessible, missing or materially different from the description, contact us. We will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. For a minor problem, this may involve a corrected file or restored access within a reasonable time. For a major failure covered by the Australian Consumer Law, you may choose a refund or replacement. Other rights, including compensation where applicable, remain.

There is no seven-day or fourteen-day cut-off on statutory rights. A download, sale price or marketplace purchase does not remove those rights. Nothing here excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Email [email protected] with the product, order number, purchase email and a short description of the problem. For CleanCommand OS you can also email [email protected]. Please remove personal customer data from screenshots.

Refund route

Approved refunds go through the original payment method or marketplace. Payment-provider processing times vary. We do not require you to accept store credit instead of a refund where you are entitled to a refund.

Existing purchases

We honour the terms offered when you purchased and any more favourable product-specific promise, together with mandatory consumer rights.
