Fit, software & limits

  • Enter your own labour, material, travel, currency and tax settings. Labour uses a burdened cost; charge-out remains editable.
  • Only Approved or Included variations change the revised contract; Rejected variations do not.
  • Not for homeowners comparing builder quotes. Not accounting software, a Xero integration, or legal or tax advice.
  • Exact Excel version compatibility is not specified in the public listing. Review the workbook in your chosen software before using real jobs.

Questions before you buy

Does this replace my accounting software?

No. It is a spreadsheet for job costs and variations. Keep using your accounting system for accounting records.

Will rejected variations increase the contract?

No. Only Approved or Included variations change the revised contract.

Can I use it outside Australia?

The listing supports user-entered currency and tax settings. You remain responsible for local rates and tax treatment. The StrataLyft purchase price is in AUD.
